Importance of Gratitude at the workplace
Seeing the world through a lens of Gratitude makes it look more colourful, cheerful and happier. It in turn makes you feel the same. Happiness at the workplace is as important as it is in our personal life. Research has shown how gratitude affects us positively and how it impacts our happiness and wellbeing.

It is seen that when managers express gratitude to their team , the team is inspired to work more.

One group made phone calls to solicit alumni donations in the same way they always had.
