With every meditation, it becomes a wee bit easier to release the trapped emotions which we have been holding on since years or may be lifetimes.

Our experiences impact us deeply and often leave a lasting impression on our fragile mind. Our mind is like a child. It listens and react to what these impressions of our past experiences lead it to believe. We are constantly living with these impressions and with each passing day and moment, these impressions keep getting stronger. They start to interfere in our daily living moments, and we react and take decisions based on these.

All of us have made some mistakes in our lives. Some big , some not so major. Some we forget and some stay with us for a very long period of time in the form of guilt. Guilt is a self devastating emotion which slowly poisons us and starts ruling us eventually. We feel so vulnerable and trapped, even if we want to come out of it , we are unable to. Practising Self love and compassion is the key.
